Hi Campers CIC is looking for an experienced Producer to join the team for How Disabled Are You? (Revisited), a new production written by Tommy and directed by Deirdre McLaughlin. How Disabled Are You? is a state-of-the-nation theatre piece exploring the UK benefits system, welfare bureaucracy, disability activism and the communities that emerge in response to systemic oppression. This is not a remount of the original production, but an entirely new script developed through five years of learning, research and lived experience. Our ambition is to develop the work towards a critically acclaimed London run, creating a springboard for regional touring and future national opportunities. We're looking for a producer who can: The role is freelance and primarily remote, with occasional UK travel. We're currently working towards debuting the new version of the show in Spring/Summer 2027. We want to shape the role collaboratively with the successful candidate, including agreeing the fee, working pattern, key dates and areas of responsibility. As a disabled-led company, flexibility and accessible working practices are central to how we work. We're looking for an experienced theatre or live performance Producer who can work collaboratively and independently. You should have: Fee: minimum £200/day (8 hours), with a guaranteed minimum of 8 hours per week.
