Manage the Founder's complex diary, meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics.
Prepare agendas, briefs, research packs, presentations, and follow-up notes.
Manage high-volume and time-sensitive email correspondence with discretion.
Liaise with agents, producers, creatives, venues, collaborators, and other senior stakeholders.
Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure the Founder is fully prepared for engagements.
Coordinate personal or family-related logistics when relevant
Help coordinate internal workflow by organising key team meetings, check-ins and cross-departmental communication.
Support the planning and delivery of company events including opening nights, industry gatherings, team Away Days, and seasonal socials.
Assist with guest lists, venue bookings, hospitality arrangements, and VIP hosting.Job Responsibilities
Minimum 2-3 years' PA experience in a professional environment.
Strong diary management and travel-coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational ability.
Ability to work independently, multitask and manage competing priorities.
Professional, friendly and confident when dealing with senior stakeholders.
Strong IT proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general office- management tools.
Discretion, reliability and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
Knowledge of or interest in the theatre industry.
Experience with project-management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com).
Experience supporting events or productions.
