Job Summary

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Personal Assistant to support the Founder, Thomas Hopkins, and the wider Leadership Team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that prioritises forward-planning across the Founder’s professional commitments.

Job Description

You will act as a trusted point of contact, navigating shifting priorities with discretion and confidence, ensuring the Founder's time, relationships, and workflow are managed efficiently. You may also provide administrative support when required, particularly in relation to Founder or production activity.


This role is best suited to someone with 2-3+ years of PA experience who thrives on responsibility, problem-solving, and supporting a high-performing creative environment.


Personal Assistant Support to the Founder

  • Manage the Founder's complex diary, meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, briefs, research packs, presentations, and follow-up notes.
  • Manage high-volume and time-sensitive email correspondence with discretion.
  • Liaise with agents, producers, creatives, venues, collaborators, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure the Founder is fully prepared for engagements.
  • Coordinate personal or family-related logistics when relevant (e.g., events, hospitality, travel).
  • Travel to THP properties or off-site locations on behalf of the Founder when required.

Team & Event Support

  • Help coordinate internal workflow by organising key team meetings, check-ins and cross-departmental communication.

Office & Operational Support

  • Contribute to maintaining an organised, welcoming office environment for staff and visitors.

Job Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 2-3 years' PA experience in a professional environment.
  • Strong diary management and travel-coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Professional, friendly and confident when dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong IT proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general office-management tools.
  • Discretion, reliability and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
