Hiya, I'm a disabled Performance student with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and AuDHD (autism and ADHD), looking for a supportive, reliable, and physically capable Personal Assistant to help me manage daily life, live more independently, and stay engaged with my studies and creative practice. I'm based in a non-accessible home and need support with a mixture of practical, personal, and creative tasks. The role includes: About you: You don't need to have specific experience with FND or neurodivergence, but you must be calm, grounded, and open-minded, with a willingness to learn and work collaboratively. You should be physically strong enough to safely assist with the wheelchair, comfortable with personal care, and respectful of boundaries and access needs. A driving licence and access to a car would be helpful for attending appointments and events, but this is flexible for the right person. Additional info: Pay: £13-£15 per hour depending on experience and funding (paid via Direct Payments).
