This is a newly created role within the People and Culture team overseeing, leading and developing the delivery of our People Operations function. Reporting into the Head of People Operations, you will review and introduce process efficiencies to ensure a consistent and excellent service is delivered to leaders and colleagues across the Museum. You will lead a small and hard-working team of People Officers and People Coordinators with a strong focus on continuous improvement, compliance and best practice, delivering HR administration in a people-centric way. We care about our Museum colleagues and create trust and efficiency in our work through simplification and doing things consistently to an accurate standard. Acting as a strategic partner, you will also collaborate with colleagues to enhance employee experience, streamline People Operations activity, and contribute to workforce planning and talent strategies.
