This position is for busy retail store in SW London only, which, currently has a vacancy for a part time sales assistant for 21 hours per week. The rate of pay is £13 per hour. Candidates must have previous retail experience, with a working knowledge of Artist's materials. Communication and organizational skills are essential, along with arithmetic, basic IT skills and the ability to work within a small team. Hourly rate is negotiable, dependent upon experience. Responsibilities include; assisting customers, advising customers on materials, liaising with suppliers, replenishing stock, cash handling, general house keeping and opening/closing the store.
