Working closely with the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will bring expertise and data-led insight to support campaign strategy, ensuring activity is effectively delivered and continuously improved against key commercial objectives, including applications, revenue and brand growth. This role offers strong exposure across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic, including Display, Connected TV (CTV) and audio, with opportunities to scale activity across broader channels such as TV and out-of-home. You will be confident working across digital advertising channels and thrives on optimisation, testing and performance. You'll bring hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, with a strong understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape. You're comfortable working with data, analytics and reporting tools (including GA4), and able to translate performance into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You enjoy getting into the detail, continuously testing, refining and improving campaigns to drive stronger results.
