We are seeking an organised, proactive and collaborative Artistic Programme & Producing Support professional to help deliver New Perspectives' programme of productions, touring, Open Pitch, New Associates, and community and participation projects. You will provide practical and administrative support across the programme, coordinating schedules, meetings, project plans and logistics, and liaising with artists, venues, producers, creative teams and colleagues to ensure activity runs smoothly. You will support productions through rehearsal, technical and performance periods, making sure artists and partners have the information and practical support they need. You will also contribute to our commitment to environmental sustainability through responsible procurement and Theatre Green Book actions. Alongside programme support, you will help maintain effective organisational systems and processes, including our CRM, databases, records, shared drives and document management. You will coordinate weekly staff meetings, support evaluation and feedback activity, contribute to reporting, and help identify improvements to our administrative processes. The role also includes acting as the first point of contact for rehearsal room bookings and enquiries, supporting our annual room hire targets, as well as providing administrative support around access, inclusion, evaluation and professional development. You will coordinate Board and Subgroup meetings, preparing papers and agendas, taking minutes and maintaining governance records and policies and provide organisational and administrative support to the Artistic Director/CEO and Executive Director.
