We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced coordinator wishing to develop their career in the creative industries and/or the higher education sector to join the Open Programmes, which sits within the wider Innovation team. We welcome between 1,000 and 1,500 participants every year across our programme of short courses and summer schools in Drama, Music, Production Arts, Skills for the Creative Industries and Other Art Forms. Our courses are open to a wide range of ages and levels. We pride ourselves on offering a unique and enjoyable experience with the best teaching experience. As Open Programmes Coordinator you will support our growing lifelong learning offer, which engages participants of all ages and all backgrounds. You will provide excellent administrative and production support to the programme, including supporting the planning, preparation and delivery of the annual programme, event logistics and coordination, financial administration and budget support, marketing support and project evaluation. In addition to this, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of work associated in building a programme of activity such as research and development and stakeholder engagement. We are looking for a resourceful and highly motivated candidate with an efficient, positive and proactive approach, and excellent organisational and administrative skills; with strong events coordination experience, the ability to handle competing deadlines and a busy workload, and experience in maintaining and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders along with offering a high level of customer service. Knowledge of and interest in the performing arts and/or higher education is also desirable.
