Term: 12 months The successful applicant will work primarily within our Sales and Accounts department, helping with the day-to-day running of the business. Duties will include customer service, answering telephone and email enquiries, processing orders and invoices, maintaining information on our website, preparing print-on-demand publications and assisting with royalty data entry and other administrative tasks. There will also be opportunities to assist with marketing, exhibitions, newsletters and social media. No two days are quite the same. As a small independent publisher, we encourage staff to develop new skills, and someone with enthusiasm and initiative will gain insight into many other aspects of music publishing, including distribution, copyright, royalty administration, production and editorial work. This is a genuine working position rather than a structured graduate programme. While the core responsibilities are clearly defined, the role is likely to develop according to the successful applicant's abilities and interests.
