Job Description
Provide day-to-day admin support for marketing projects, including managing timing plans, organising workflows, taking meeting notes, and tracking actions. Contribute insights from internal meetings to inform communication strategies and creative briefs. Prepare presentation materials and monitor deadlines and budgets.
Create, publish, and maintain high-quality, accurate, and accessible content across owned channels. Capture content through site visits and events (photo, video, interviews) and source user-generated content with permissions. Contribute to a customer-focused content calendar covering recruitment, events, performances, outreach, and partner activity. Apply house style guidelines and maintain consistent visual standards using tools such as Adobe or Canva.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners. Produce clear, inclusive, and audience-focused copy across web, email, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone of voice and organisational values.
Support integrated campaign delivery across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels. Assist with updating and managing website and landing page content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Monitor and report on performance analytics across digital platforms, maintain accurate data records, stay informed on sector developments, and ensure compliance with GDPR and ASA regulations.Job Requirements
