Job Description
This role will have company-wide impact across all Moving Together programmes, with a core focus on driving forward our Keep Moving offer, a key pillar of our 5-year business plan. The role will help ensure programmes reach new communities, partners and participants with energy and purpose, while taking ownership of key campaigns that support continued company growth.
This is a part-time, head-office based role in Kirby Muxloe, Leicester, working closely with the Director and programme leads.

As we enter an exciting growth phase, marketing will play a central role in amplifying our voice, deepening engagement and strengthening our sustainability.
The Marketing Officer will support and implement Moving Together's marketing and communications strategy company wide, with one of the key focuses being on increasing visibility, participation and partnerships for the adult Keep Moving programme.
You will bring both creative flair and analytical thinking, understanding how to tell compelling stories while tracking performance and impact.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is proactive, organised and excited to contribute to a mission-driven creative organisation.Job Requirements
- Experience in a marketing, communications or digital content role
- Understanding of marketing principles and campaign planning
- Experience managing social media platforms professionally
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience working within the arts, dance or creative industries
- Knowledge of the local Leicester arts & community landscape
- Marketing qualification (degree, diploma or equivalent experience)

- Support the delivery of the marketing strategy aligned to the 5-year business plan [support from an external consultant]
- Lead promotional campaigns for a range of programmes
- Contribute ideas to grow audiences & expand reach locally/regionally
- Monitor campaign performance & provide insight-led recommendations
- Create engaging content across digital platforms (social media, email marketing, website)
- Capture & communicate the energy and impact of dance programmes
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications
- Support photography/video coordination to tell authentic participant stories
- Grow & nurture digital audiences
- Support development of partnerships and community engagement
- Assist with marketing for performances, events & outreach activity
