As Marketing Manager, you will be developing and delivering effective marketing campaigns for our Visual Arts programme as well as other cross-artform projects. Driving income generation and building new audiences in line with business planning objectives at Southbank Centre. Key skills that will help you in this role include: Proven experience in delivering high-performing marketing campaigns in the visual arts sector. Demonstrable experience of managing budgets effectively and hitting sales targets in a fast moving environment Can demonstrate advanced data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to convert findings into actionable campaigns Confidence managing complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines. A supportive approach to working in a team, with experience mentoring or line-managing others. Main responsibilities include: Developing integrated marketing strategies and creative marketing campaigns for Visual Arts and cross-artform programming. Managing campaign budgets to deliver targeted and cost-effective marketing activity. Leading pricing and benchmarking activity. Line-managing a Marketing Officer and supporting the wider Marketing team.
