In this role, you will lead our campaigns, digital strategy, and brand development. You'll manage a small team and also oversee ticketing, customer service, and play a key part in growing audiences and raising our profile locally, regionally, and nationally. Key Responsibilities Lead all marketing activity, ensuring Saffron Hall Trust's (SHT) brand is communicated clearly to audiences, partners, and stakeholders. Plan and deliver campaigns across brochures, digital, advertising, and regional distribution. Manage designers, agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to produce high-quality communications. Collaborate with Programming, Fundraising, and Learning & Participation to grow audiences and showcase impact. Build and manage the marketing budget, forecast event income, and report insights to senior leaders and Trustees. Maximise box office revenue through pricing strategies and Spektrix management. Oversee customer service standards, training, and feedback systems for all public-facing teams. Lead digital strategy across social media, website content and development, and email marketing. Develop commercial income opportunities through venue hire, merchandise, and retail sales. Cont.
