Description
We're looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to strategically develop and execute marketing and PR campaigns for our live events and overall company brand. This includes national tours of large-scale contemporary circus, seasonal pop-up festivals, and community outreach programs.
- Employment Type: Part-time (24 hours/3 days a week), with potential for increased hours during project delivery (paid overtime).
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata
- Reporting to: Artistic Director & Senior Producer
- Location: Remote, with two days a week in the Shoreditch office

Essential Skills, Qualities, and Experience
- Three years of experience: In a comparable role within the arts, marketing, or creative sectors, you'll need a proven ability to engage audiences through varied, compelling written and visual communication across diverse platforms, demonstrating an understanding of different tones and visual dynamics.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with design software, email marketing, social media analytics and management tools, familiarity with design and print production processes.
- Project & Budget Management: Proven track record in successfully managing campaign budgets, overseeing photoshoots, promotional video commissioning, and the accessibility of marketing materials.
Desirable Skills, Qualities, and Experience
Sector-Specific abilities: Prior experience in contemporary circus, event delivery, fringe festivals, cabaret or circus related fields.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute full-scale marketing campaigns to meet revenue and footfall targets. This includes strategy, budgeting, agency liaison, design, paid media, partnerships, and media moments.
- Budget & Timelines: Set and manage marketing budgets and timelines in collaboration with the finance manager.
- Direct Marketing & Outreach: Lead direct marketing and outreach to local businesses and organizations for each location.
- Pricing & Sales Forecasting: Design target-based ticket pricing and forecast sales using historical data.
- Box Office Management: Oversee public and corporate box office inquiries.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Integrate marketing efforts with production and creative teams.
- Brand Development: Continuously develop the Revel Pucks brand, including frameworks and guidelines.
- Website Management: Maintain and update websites, coordinating with external contractors for new content.
