We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced marketing department. You’ll devise a range of multichannel campaigns to meet our marketing objectives and financial targets, and you’ll manage our CRM strategy to increase audiences and loyalty across all the Octagon’s work.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced marketing department. You'll devise a range of multichannel campaigns to meet our marketing objectives and financial targets, and you'll manage our CRM strategy to increase audiences and loyalty across all the Octagon's work. You'll be managing staff, budgets and resources to achieve the maximum results whilst making sure that everything we do lives up to our brand and has a touch of Octagon magic!

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional who:

Has experience working on a range of multi-channel campaigns
Thrives on planning campaigns and achieving results
Uses data and insights to make decisions and takes a strategic approach to optimising CRM
Is passionate about growing audience loyalty as well as reaching new audiences
Is a first-rate collaborator who can partner with colleagues, artists, and suppliers to make things happen
Has excellent attention to detail, superb organisational skills, and outstanding communication skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Devise and deliver a range of multi-channel campaigns to meet our marketing objectives and financial targets.

  • Manage our CRM strategy to increase audiences and build loyalty with customers right across our organisation's activities (including shows, engagement programmes, membership and fundraising, and commercial operations).

  • Evaluate the success of campaigns and CRM activity using a range of data and evidence to inform future planning.

  • Manage staff, budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of campaigns, excellent value for money, and optimum return on investment.

  • Develop collaborative relationships with internal colleagues, partners, promoters and suppliers to maximise opportunities to reach and grow audiences.
