Job Description

Jamie Wilson Productions are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and analysis of all marketing campaigns across our theatrical productions.

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within theatre, live entertainment, or the arts.

Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with proven success in increasing audience reach and ticket sales.

Excellent project management and organisational skills.

Exceptional communication.

A creative thinker with a passion for theatre and storytelling

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing productions across UK and international markets.

Manage campaign planning and execution, including digital, print, broadcast, out-of-home, and experiential activations.

Collaborate with creative teams to brief, develop, and deliver marketing assets aligned with each show's branding and tone.

Coordinate with PR teams to align publicity efforts with broader marketing goals.

Oversee media planning and buying with external agencies and ensure campaigns are optimised for reach and ROI.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, audience engagement, and ticket sales, using data to inform future strategy.

Manage relationships with venues, ticketing partners, and co-producers to ensure coordinated marketing efforts.

Supervise marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Identify and capitalise on partnership opportunities, sponsorships, and cross promotional initiatives.
