The Marketing Manager will lead and implement marketing strategy across the Fundamentally Dance group, driving audience growth, ticket sales, brand positioning and commercial performance across multiple productions and touring projects. The role oversees campaign planning and delivery, pricing support, audience development, digital performance and marketing systems, ensuring activity is strategically aligned to revenue targets and long-term organisational growth. The successful candidate will manage marketing frameworks, audience segmentation, content direction, digital platforms and reporting, while maintaining strong brand consistency and audience engagement across all channels. Working closely with the Executive Team, internal departments, external agencies and venue partners, the Marketing Manager will provide leadership across the company's marketing function, ensuring clarity, momentum and high delivery standards across internal teams and contractors. This is a full-time role with flexible remote working, alongside attendance in London and at national or international deployments as required. We are seeking a highly organised, commercially aware and strategically minded marketing professional with experience delivering audience-focused campaigns within the arts, entertainment, live events or cultural sectors. Candidates should demonstrate experience driving ticket sales, audience growth or customer acquisition, alongside strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, paid advertising, audience engagement and campaign reporting. The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience overseeing brand consistency, interpreting campaign analytics and leading freelancers, agencies or team members is essential.
