Job Requirements
Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience behaviour and content trends.
Experience managing websites and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress or equivalent).
Experience using email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp or similar).
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and act on insights.
Confident content creator (visual and written), using tools such as Canva.
Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple venues.
Interest in theatre, arts, youth engagement and community-focused work.
Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working across teams and sites. Job Responsibilities
Coordinate, deliver and optimise digital campaigns across both Theatre Peckham and Canada Water Theatre.
Coordinate day-to-day activity across all social media platforms, including posting, community management and audience engagement.
Create engaging digital content to promote productions, Academy activity, hires and wider organisational work.
Capture and share live content from events, rehearsals and performances across both venues and off-site activity. Website Management, CMS & Digital Delivery
Upload, format and publish website content including show pages, event listings, campaign pages and organisational updates.
Support the maintenance and development of website structure, navigation and page layouts to ensure a positive user experience and accessibility.
