Manage social media and digital campaigns for global cinema events, coordinate marketing assets and website updates, ensure brand consistency across platforms. Liaise with partners, handle promotions, and drive audience engagement.

About the Role

  • Manage and schedule content across all CinemaLive social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with a marketing agency to develop and deliver strategic social media and digital campaigns for each event release.

  • Oversee the delivery and quality control of all final marketing assets, including trailers, artwork, and promotional materials, ensuring timely upload and distribution via platforms such as YouTube, Frame.io, and internal asset hubs.

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of printed cinema quads and promotional materials to partner sites and exhibitors.

  • Liaise with clients, licensors, and partners to ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, accurate, and approved ahead of release.

  • Manage the CinemaLive website and other microsites for certain events, from concept and build to going live, ensuring up-to-date content, accurate information, and clear user experience.

  • Monitor participating cinemas and digital partners to ensure use of correct and approved marketing assets across all platforms.

  • Coordinate and fulfil complimentary ticket requests for clients, talent, and competition winners in alignment with event timelines.

  • Develop and execute competition ideas and social media giveaway campaigns to support event awareness and audience engagement.

Job Requirements

About You

We are looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills who is keen to learn and will enjoy the varied nature of a role within a small company. You will be able to prioritise your daily tasks effectively and be a supportive team player with a positive 'hands-on' attitude to work. You should be proficient with Windows Office & Excel and ideally able to demonstrate previous experience of working with and utilising social media platforms to benefit a product or business. A genuine interest in cinema and the events we distribute (musical theatre, rock and pop concerts, iconic television shows, comedy, opera and ballet) will be a distinct advantage.
