Job Summary

Marketing Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Office based Greenwich Theatre, London Hours: 20 hours per week (rota’d by the PR & Marketing Manager) Salary: £14 Contract: Part-time Reports to: PR & Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and create print and digital assets for campaigns and venue use

  • Support the delivery of contractual marketing obligations, including newsletter inclusions and scheduled social posts

  • Attend visiting company marketing meetings, take notes, and distribute action points to the wider team

  • Support the setup and maintenance of shows for on-sale, including updating website listings, basic CMS content, and ensuring show information is accurate and up to date

  • Work with the PR & Marketing Manager to ensure shows are live across the website, social channels, and third-party agents, supplying all required copy, images, and assets

  • Support with ticket offers, discounts, and campaign setup

  • Create campaign content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or similar software, as directed

  • Coordinate and maintain venue print and visual assets, including poster displays and in-venue signage

  • Create and adapt visual assets across Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools, following brand and creative guidelines

  • Support the implementation of community engagement and audience development activity

  • Maintain organised digital folders for marketing assets and campaigns

  • Support basic reporting on campaign performance and social engagement

  • Assist with general marketing admin tasks

Essential

  • Experience in visual or graphic designjm

  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software

  • Enthusiasm and demonstrable experience with social media and creative content creation

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Organised, self-motivated, and reliable

  • Able to follow creative direction and brand guidelines when producing or adapting artwork

  • Experience of making video content, including editing

Desirable

  • Experience using Spektrix or other ticketing/CRM systems

  • Experience writing press releases and working with PR teams
