Job Description

About the London Philharmonic Orchestra
Founded in 1932, the London Philharmonic Orchestra is recognised internationally as one of the world's leading orchestras. We are driven by a passion for artistic excellence on stage and a commitment to humanity beyond it-through pioneering education projects, vibrant community programmes, acclaimed recordings, and global touring.
We are proud to be a forward looking organisation, with a strong commitment to equity, diversity and belonging. Our culture is warm, inclusive and collaborative, enabling every staff member, musician and volunteer to contribute their creativity and perspective. As we approach our centenary in 2032, we are developing ambitious plans across all areas of our artistic, community and digital work.

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and strategic Major Donor Manager to join our Development Department at an exciting moment in the Orchestra's history. This newly created post will increase the team's capacity as we work towards significantly raising philanthropic income ahead of our centenary celebrations.

Working closely with senior leadership, colleagues across the organisation, musicians, and key supporters, you will create compelling proposals, deliver effective donor journeys and deepen engagement across our philanthropic community.
