Our gallery, the Nunnery, serves as a dynamic hub, supporting thousands of early-career artists each year through profiled prizes, open calls, residencies, and CPD programs. We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Live and Work Space Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the day-to-day operations of the Live and Work Space department. The Administrator will provide essential administrative, financial, and marketing support, helping to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure excellent services for the artists and creative professionals we support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, varied environment and wants to contribute to the success of a dynamic arts charity making a tangible impact in London's cultural sector. Great with people; outgoing, friendly, and self-assured Answer general emails and telephone enquiries for the department. Input and monitor data and provide statistics for reports. Accurately input data and administer the artist database (OfficeRnD), process annual contract renewals, and assist with Small Business Rates Relief, spreadsheets and licence agreements. Manage artist applications to newsletters and studios. Raise and process invoices, chase late payments, apply late fees, ensure debt plans are met, provide data for financial reports, and help drive income by increasing Gift Aid sign up. Manage the Artist Studio Finder website and Available Studios page, produce artist newsletters, maintain the image database, create promotional materials, update Live and Work Space web pages, develop social media strategy with the Marketing Manager, and assist with Open Studio events. Attend meetings, including occasional evenings or weekends (TOIL provided), and undertake other duties as directed by your line manager.
