Salary: £35,640 per annum Fixed Term Contract: 29 June 2026 - 30 October 2026 We are looking for a LFF Expanded Senior Technical Production Coordinator who, working closely with the LFF Expanded Project Manager, Festivals Production Team and LFF Expanded Programmer, will support on the planning and delivery of the festival's public programme XR, Immersive Art and Videogames installations overseeing the technical aspects of production. BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival. What you'll do Liaise with artists on the technical specifications of works, including build specifications and file delivery. Ensure works are presented to the highest of standards, taking consideration for any special requirements and ensuring these are communicated and factored into the overall design of installations. Work with the LFF Expanded Project Manager, Festival Production Teams, LFF Expanded Programmer, and Production partners on the design, build and launch of the physical installations. Carrying out research for possible production solutions, where required. Manage the end-to-end delivery of the festival's UK-wide programme access points, as required, including installation technical specifications, artist communications and briefing marketing requirements. To support the LFF Expanded Project Manager by undertaking a range of event administration and data entry tasks, in an accurate and efficient manner. These include but are not limited to: contribution-to and accuracy checking of production schedules, meeting minutes, contact lists, database reports, event signage, briefing documents, meeting scheduling, researching production solutions, coordinating and tracking project correspondence. Significant experience working in a cultural organisation or festival in a events or production role, including demonstrable experience of working with XR, immersive technologies, and/or videogames. Significant experience working with artists on XR and videogames work and experience translating their technical and artistic requirements into the finished piece.
