Salary: £42,480 per annum Fixed Term Contract: 23 June 2025 - 07 November 2025 We are looking for a Delegate Services Manager who, working in partnership with the Director of Festivals, Business and Production and Filmmaker and Industry Services Manager, is responsible for the overall management of the delegate experience from sales of passes to ease of access to the Industry & Professional programme both in venue and online. BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival. Significant experience in a management or team leadership role in a film festival, cultural or similar events environment. Significant experience of using content management systems and delivering email campaigns. Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve sales income Evidence of proven project management skills/experience Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage and meet deadlines Ability to demonstrate a proactive and customer-focused approach delivered within a best practice framework Line-manage the Delegate Services team and Press and Industry Venue Coordinators as per the BFI's Performance Management Scheme Manage expenditure within budget available Work with the Filmmaker and Industry Services Manager and Marketing Team to promote the sale of delegate passes and achieve income sales target Work with the Senior Systems Co-ordinator to oversee all aspects of the delegate application, website and communication's system (Eventmaker).
