Support, inspire and manage a team of expert tutors and academics to deliver an outstanding learning experience.
Drive the continuous improvement of the curriculum, programmes and student experience across a range of musical genres.
Foster a positive, inclusive and inspiring environment where young musicians can develop their talent, confidence and creativity.
Oversee the planning, coordination and evaluation of Saturday school activities, events and performances.
Build strong relationships with students, parents/carers, staff and external partners to support engagement and progression.
Monitor quality, performance and budgets, ensuring the programme meets organisational objectives and delivers an excellent learner experience.
