Are you interested in fundraising in a unique Arts and learning partnership environment? Do you have excellent administration skills and an eye for detail? Are you confident at building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of people? Can you work independently and use your initiative to achieve results?

We are looking for a Learning Partnerships Officer to help drive supporter engagement and philanthropic income through partnership cultivation and relationship management. We are proud to partner with leading educational institutions, including https://www.rsc.org.uk/learn/partnerships/international-partnerships/dulwich-college-international - Dulwich College International and the https://www.rsc.org.uk/learn/universities?from=dropdown - University of Birmingham. In this role, you will help recruit for and support the management of these bespoke learning partnerships, expanding our portfolio and increasing income to further the RSC's charitable objectives.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon.

You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work in the office or on site for a minimum of 3 days per week. Due to the nature of our work, occasional weekend and evening work will be required.

Job Requirements

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have:

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and adapt to new ways of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, database management and Excel
  • A collaborative approach and able to work effectively across teams and departments.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Development Manager key areas of responsibility include (please see the full Role Profile for the comprehensive list):

  • Providing administrative, relationship management and fundraising support to Learning Partnerships
  • Leading on, developing and managing research of prospect pipeline
  • Creating and drafting bespoke proposals and presentations to grow the high-level partnership portfolio
  • Booking and tracking tickets, raising invoices and tracking costs
  • Building excellent internal working relationships across the organisation and externally with our partners
