Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and motivated individual to further develop our work local education providers and community groups, as well as local audiences, through our Learning Programme

Job Description

Duration: 2 years (fixed-term contract) with the opportunity to renew based on performance

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (10 am-6 pm)

Salary: £33,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

Proven experience in supporting and developing a diverse range of artistic and learning experiences for a wide range of audiences, including children and young people

Proven project management experience in keeping programmes within timelines and within budget

Experience of effective partnership working

Experience of working with young people and adults who have learning disabilities and complex needs

A creative thinker with a practical, hands-on and collaborative approach to art-making and learning

A commitment to care and quality when working with people of all ages, needs and experience

Oversee the planning, delivery and management of all aspects of the Learning Programme

Devise and deliver an innovative, inclusive and sustainable year-round programme of artist-led schools activities with local education providers and youth organisations, including professional development opportunities for local educators

Collaborate with the communications team to ensure activities are accessible and relevant to our target audiences and participants, including the commissioning of relevant digital and printed learning resources

Play a key role in supporting fundraising applications and approaches to a range of funders, including public funding and trusts and foundations, as well as individual and corporate giving
