The studio of a contemporary artist based in Shoreditch is looking for a junior graphic designer to add to the Design team.

This role is to creatively support the artist Charlotte Colbert and her vision across artwork and design projects. As directed primarily by the Creative Director, but also taking cues from the artist and her support staff. The junior graphic designer will support existing creative and marketing efforts by way of producing inviting presentation documents, merchandise, social media content, invitations etc in line with the overall creative vision of the artist.

We're looking for someone with some experience in graphic design, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates their creativity and attention to detail. We will offer space to learn from the larger team's practices and develop your skills further. As a small team, a positive attitude and being proactive is important. While the role will always be working towards the conception of the artist, we appreciate creative input and a good eye for aesthetics will be valued.

Job Requirements

- Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

- Working knowledge of Premier and 3D software is a bonus

-This position requires working on-site, five days a week.

Job Responsibilities

- Designing merchandise & packaging, including items like pins, tote bags, and more.

- Producing engaging presentation materials and exhibition invitation layouts for both print and digital media.

- Designing exhibition booklets and editorial layouts

- Taking product shots of completed artworks and editions, editing imagery, and updating files

- Maintaining website graphics and information, aligning branding and marketing materials for various projects
