Jerwood Associate Artist, ThickSkin

ThickSkin Theatre is an award-winning national touring company and a driving force in Wigan Borough's growing cultural ecology. ThickSkin has earned a reputation for its bold, high quality theatre productions blending text, movement and design.

With support from Jerwood Foundation, we are delighted to announce the second year of the Jerwood Associate Artist post in our organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team over a six-month period, working closely with ThickSkin's Artistic Director, Neil Bettles, to support planning, rehearsals and performances for a range of projects.

Preferred start date: w/c 24 August

This is a full-time engagement with some flexibility to fit around your existing commitments. In addition to a weekly fee, the Jerwood Associate Artist will receive financial support to relocate to Wigan (if required) and a small budget to resource the development of their project.
