The responsibilities will include areas such as HR management, governance, financial administration, research, reporting, event support and Trustee liaison. Special projects will include jobs such as developing policies, leading GDPR improvements and reviewing internal management processes. The role is very varied, and we are looking for someone who is attracted to the breadth, diversity and opportunity it presents. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled administrator with a background in office or project management and a particular knowledge of HR/people management processes. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations Manager will ensure the company's, operations, HR, finances, internal processes, and governance are properly managed and the whole company is adequately supported.
