Katie Manasse - Executive Coach, Executive Committee Member of the Musicians' Union, and Founder of Sea & Sky Coaching - is seeking an In Person Access Personal Assistant to support her work. This is a primarily in-person role based around Whitley Bay, with some national travel and occasional remote support. You will accompany Katie to conferences, meetings and networking events, providing practical and organisational access support. Katie's work spans executive coaching, music industry advocacy and neuro-affirming practice. It is grounded in values of equity, inclusion and social justice, and this role requires someone aligned with that approach. You will support Katie in navigating professional environments, travel and events in a way that is responsive to neurodivergent access needs. This includes supporting focus, processing information, managing logistics and navigating high-stimulus environments. This role sits alongside an existing Access PA who provides ongoing support. This position focuses on in-person regional and national travel support, including accompanying Katie to events or travelling together where needed. Some remote support may also be required when Katie is travelling independently. The work is varied and responsive, combining practical support, organisation and access facilitation. It requires someone calm, observant and able to remain grounded in dynamic environments, while working collaboratively and flexibly. This is an occasional role, dependent on Katie's event attendance and travel requirements.
