The Head of Venue Operations is a newly created leadership role integral to shaping how the theatre spaces and staff connect, engage with, and serve our diverse audience. They will lead the integration of the front of house, visitor experience, hospitality, facilities and building operations to ensure the theatre is safe, compliant, commercially effective, environmentally responsible, welcoming, inclusive and audience focussed.
