Responsible to: Managing Director

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Some travelling is required

Location: Remote (Hiring in the UK & Ireland)

Salary: Basic 40k - 50k/ £35k - 45k OTE 70k/£60k

We're looking for a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to lead Ticketsolve's brand, communications, and growth marketing efforts during a pivotal time in our journey. With a newly re-platformed product, an evolving brand, and ambitious growth goals, we need someone who can own our positioning, build campaigns that drive awareness and demand, and lead our small but mighty marketing team with clarity and energy.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally within SaaS, tech for good, or B2B industries.
  • Proven experience in building brand, delivering integrated campaigns, and driving measurable results.
  • Demonstrable people management skills and experience of leading a dynamic team.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and customer empathy.
  • Excellent storyteller and communicator with a sharp eye for copy and design.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), content strategy, social, and events.
  • Passion for the arts, culture, or creative industries is a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Ticketsolve's brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all channels and touch points.
  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals, covering brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, partnerships, and events.
  • Lead, grow, and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success to ensure marketing is aligned with the full customer journey and revenue objectives.
  • Own and optimise marketing performance reporting, using data and insights to inform decisions and maximise ROI.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, gather insights, feedback, and case studies to shape messaging, influence product strategy, and inform campaigns
