Head of Individual Giving, British Youth Opera

As head of individual giving you'll be responsible for finding, cultivating, and upgrading donors through campaigns, events, stewardship and personal engagement.

We're looking for someone with fundraising experience - either within another performing arts organisation or some other arts or charity setting. Knowledge of opera isn't a must, but enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in is.
