Using your industry experience, you will help learners build practical skills, prepare for assessments, develop confidence in salon environments and industry-standard practices, and achieve positive outcomes throughout their studies. You will also provide tailored support to learners with a range of additional needs, helping them overcome barriers, complete their programme successfully and progress into employment or further study.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Hair and/or Beauty, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to helping learners develop the skills, confidence and professionalism needed for a successful career in the industry.
