The London Palladium team is excited to be recruiting for Guest Experience Hosts for our upcoming production of Evita. We are looking for enthusiastic and engaging individuals to create extraordinary experiences for our audiences, while ensuring their safety and security at all times.

Job Description

Our Guest Experience Hosts are the welcoming faces of The London Palladium, hosting our guests throughout their time with us - whether that's checking tickets, selling ice creams, serving drinks, or ushering inside the auditorium. The team works together to ensure the safe and smooth running of all events and performances, responding professionally and promptly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Job Requirements

  • Fun, confident communicators with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Positive, professional problem solvers who can adapt their approach
  • Quick thinkers with the ability to work under frequently changing conditions
  • Calm team workers who are dependable in fast-paced situations

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcoming our guests to the building and sharing your enthusiasm for live entertainment with them
  • Actively selling merchandise and refreshments from our bars, kiosks and roaming sales points
  • Helping audience members to resolve any issues they may experience during their visit
  • Keeping our audiences safe, remaining informed and alert to ensure their security
