Rodeo Productions is seeking an experienced and highly organised General Manager to join the company at an exciting time, with a growing slate of UK and international productions, including Sinatra The Musical at the Aldwych Theatre, Operation Mincemeat on UK Tour, Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular in London and Australia, and many other projects in development, with confirmed openings in the West End and on tour.

The ideal candidate will have extensive general management experience with a proven track record of managing touring productions in the UK and internationally. They will be confident working across multiple projects, building positive relationships with producers, creatives, venues, and touring teams, and ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day running of the show. They will also have a strong track record of tour planning and booking.

Start Date: January 2027
Compensation: Dependent on experience

Person Specification:
- Experience and knowledge of all aspects of general managing large-scale theatrical productions, with particular attention to touring within the UK.
- Advanced financial literacy with skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Essential to be accomplished with complex spreadsheet formulas for documents such as royalty pools and recoupment schedules.
- Experience of venue contracts and settlements and touring production logistics.
- Strong understanding of industry union agreements, employment relations and HR processes.
- Ability to confidently manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Tact, diplomacy and discretion.
- An eye for detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion within the theatre industry.
