We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills to assist the retail team on the shopfloor. The key objectives are serving customers at the till, answering enquiries, re-stocking the shop and supporting the retail team to optimise sales. There may be a requirement to work several weekends each month and possibly a few evening shifts. The position is part-time working 24 hours per week (3 days per week), and is offered on a 6-months temporary basis (May to November 2026) with the possibility of being extended. Deliver the agreed standard of merchandising and stock replenishment across all product categories in the store.

Support the online store business and serve online customers.
Contribute fully to all projects as directed by the retail team management. Your direct line managers will be the Retail Operations Manager and the Duty Manager or, in their absence, the Senior Retail Assistant.
