- lead a team of Sales Consultants ensuring that they provide knowledgeable advice and exceptional customer service, mobilising the team to proactively sell and support associated front of house duties with the aim to reach financial targets; - Oversee client outreach campaigns aimed at building and nurturing client relations to encourage repeat business, - you will develop sales opportunities and public programming with the aim of engaging existing clients as well as attracting new audiences. - You will work closely alongside the GM and other colleagues (such as Curators and Marketing), attending regular sales, planning and update meetings. - You will ensure all sales related processes are efficient, detailed and carried out to highest standards. This role is best suited to someone who has worked within a commercial arts or equivalent cultural sector environment at Management level, who understands and appreciates contemporary art and craft and who can balance a busy operational service with detailed strategic oversight.
