Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential.
Previous gallery or arts experience is welcomed but not required.Job Responsibilities
Assist with exhibition preparation, installation, and de-installation, including the safe handling of artworks.
Provide front-of-house support and assist with client enquiries, both in person and online.
Help coordinate artwork sales, including preparing documentation, arranging transport, and liaising with clients.
Maintain accurate artwork inventory, client records, and gallery databases.
Assist with artist liaison, exhibition planning, and gallery communications.
Support the production of exhibition catalogues, marketing materials, and press releases.
Contribute to the management of the gallery's website and social media channels.
Assist with private views, events, and art fair preparations.
Accompany team members on artist studio visits and client meetings where appropriate.
