This role is all about being the friendly face at the front door - making sure every child and parent who walks through our doors feels welcomed, comfortable and excited to be with us. A big part of the role will be looking out for new students and families, making sure they know where to go, helping them settle in and registering them when they arrive. We want someone who naturally notices the person standing on their own or looking a little unsure and thinks, "I'll go and make them feel welcome." Why join us? We're looking for someone who is naturally warm, approachable and brilliant with people. Someone who can get down on a four-year-old's level, have a giggle and make them feel instantly at ease - but who can also chat confidently with a 12-year-old and make them feel equally seen and welcomed.

Welcoming students and parents with a big smile as they arrive
Being particularly attentive to new students and families, helping them feel comfortable and part of the school from the moment they arrive
Registering students and keeping attendance records organised
Answering questions from parents and students and directing them to the right member of the team when needed
Helping the front-of-house area run smoothly and efficiently
Building a friendly rapport with our students - from our tiniest 2-year-olds right through to our older students
Supporting the wider team with the running of their sessions where necessary
