Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a brilliant Creative Arts Facilitator to join our freelance team of Creative Agents for weekly ROAR Emotional Health facilitation work.

Job Description

We're high energy, big on Creative Behaviour Management, the style and content of our work is research based and delivery is often ever so slightly ridiculous. We love facilitating and delivering our high quality programmes in schools with as much fun and interactivity as we can possibly muster!

If you are performance/facilitation trained (with experience in both), love a Growth Mindset, learning about the brain, emotions and behaviour, and have a passion for working with the Little Creatives please read on for more information.

We're looking for an energetic and creative facilitator to deliver our exciting ROAR Emotional Health programme in Primary Schools. We work weekly in Primary Schools with full classes and additional small groups. All content will be provided and be delivered by you using our Creative Behaviour Management style and ethos. Training, support and celebratory cheers all included!

"Working with Sarah and the Little Creatives team has been an incredible experience. Sarah brings so much joy, passion, and rich facilitation expertise to everything she does. I've grown so much learning how to balance strong boundaries with fun, engaging sessions for the littles. The support you receive is second to none, the job itself is so fun and rewarding, and I can't recommend working with this company enough!" - Creative Agent

If you feel a match with your style of work and ethos but don't meet the current skill set or experience requirements please do reach out. We have Creative Assistants (who work with us to train alongside us to become a Creative Agent - this role is suited for someone who is trained in Performing Arts but would like to learn more about facilitation), and we deliver Music, Drama and Dance as well as our FUNdango Holiday Clubs if that suits your skillset more. Please note in the heading of your email if your application is for 'Future Work' as we are focusing on our ROAR Emotional Health at this time.
