Approx. 85 days (1-3 days per week, variable throughout the year) Fee: Freelancer fee, variable (approx. £350 per day) Role: This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the celebrations of a landmark moment - the 25th anniversary of https://www.artsmark.org.uk/ - Artsmark, which has empowered teachers for a quarter of a century to embed arts, culture, and creativity across the whole curriculum. The anniversary will be a chance to engage and celebrate with Artsmark schools, showcase the programme's impact, share stories from schools and teachers, and look ahead to its future. Activities will include celebratory projects and events, digital campaigns, new resources, and opportunities for teachers, partners, and young people to get involved. As the 25th Anniversary Producer, you will be at the heart of designing and delivering this national programme of activities. You'll work closely with the Artsmark team, schools, and cultural partners to bring the celebrations to life and ensure they reach a wide audience. In a typical week, you might be: Designing and working with commissioned partners to deliver anniversary events and campaigns (both in-person and digital). Supporting cultural organisations to work with schools, children and young people and school communities to co-create celebratory activities. Developing engaging content as part of the Comms campaign to showcase the programme's impact and increase engagement Coordinating stakeholders and managing suppliers to deliver projects smoothly and on time. Gathering stories of impact from teachers, schools, and learners, and sharing them widely. Monitoring and evaluating activities to ensure the anniversary leaves a strong legacy. Meeting and liaising the Artsmark 25 Programme lead and other ACE colleagues to share planning, progress and manage delivery We are looking for a proactive, creative, and collaborative Producer who is excited by the opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the past 25 years while helping to shape the future.
