Professional and sensitive care in working with our survivor speakers on- site. To work with others to evaluate and develop the education programmes. Professional development to strengthen expertise. Main responsibilities Programme Delivery - to work in collaboration with other educators to: a) Prepare learning spaces ready for delivery b) Deliver Holocaust education learning programmes to students across the age and ability range c) Host Holocaust survivor speakers Relationship development and team work - to work in collaboration with the Head of Engagement and other key stakeholders to: a) Maintain open channels of communication with colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to the education entitlement offered by the Museum b) Contribute as required to projects requiring collective effort across the organisation c) Contribute to the development of measures that deliver good audience care and that the people and organisations receive the best possible learner experience. Other: a) Ensure that all professional codes of practice and legislative requirements are adhered to in programme delivery, e.g. safeguarding children, health and safety. b) Undertake any other reasonable duties to support the work of the Museum. c) Champion the aims, heritage and professional integrity of the organisation both internally and externally. d) Comply with corporate policy and procedures at all times.
