Location: Isleworth, West London Hours: Full-time or part-time (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm) Salary: £28,000–£34,000 per prorated (depending on experience) We are a creative fine art studio in Isleworth seeking an experienced and highly skilled hands on Creative Digital Operator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity at the heart of a dynamic print and production environment, supporting artists and creative professionals in bringing their work to life.

Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital printing
- Experience with RIP software and digital print systems.
- Proven print-room/studio experience within fine art or a creative production environment.
- Excellent colour management skills and a keen technical eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, managing multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of screen printing, lithography and etching (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence (desirable).
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Practical, proactive, and safety-conscious.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our printmakers to manage fine art productions from start to finish.
- Prepare and manage files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software.
- Operate Epson large-format printers and other studio equipment, including stencil preparation and plotter.
- Maintain accurate colour management and ensure the highest-quality output for every job.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to understand project goals and deliver the best possible results.
- Organise workflow efficiently to meet tight deadlines and fast turnarounds.
- Uphold exceptional attention to detail while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Ensure printers are maintained, stocked with media/inks, and downtime is minimised.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical print issues quickly.
- Train and support other team members, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
