This fixed-term post to mid-July 2026 will support upcoming exhibitions at Kettle's Yard, with a particular focus on exhibition publications, alongside general organisational tasks. The successful applicant will also work with other colleagues to provide essential PA support to the Director as part of the wider role. This temporary role will be working 4 days a week (0.8 FTE, weekdays), with two of the key working days being Thursdays and Fridays. The Exhibition Assistant & PA Support will provide key administration assistance to the Director and wider programming team during the development of exhibitions and projects for 2026. Research will be particularly focussed to support the production of exhibition publications as directed by the Director. The role also includes a proportion of time providing PA support to the Director. The Exhibition Assistant & PA Support will work closely with the Director and the wider programming team, particularly supporting the research and development of exhibition publications as well as administration support for the wider exhibition programme. In supporting the wider programming team, the role may also carry out a variety of administrative tasks, as well as supporting the running of exhibition-related events and talks. This post also provides support to the part-time role of Assistant to the Director & Programme Support, in particular with PA support for the Director on that role's non-working days (Thursdays and Fridays).
