The role of Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO would be ideal for a person who enjoys plenty of variety in their working life and is used to prioritising. Duties include direct PA and diary management support for the CEO, and for members of the Board of Trustees as required, plus preparing for meetings and events. The postholder communicates directly with customers and donors, and provides support of long-term creative projects such as 'Festival of Voice'. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-organised individual to join our dynamic and friendly arts organisation. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential, as is a methodical approach and attention to detail. The successful candidate will ideally have demonstrable and relevant experience supporting at CEO/Board level, including liaison with a range of stakeholders, and the ability to work pro-actively as part of a team. The working pattern is 18 hours per week, split flexibly over a working week of up to five days. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
