We are seeking to engage an individual or organisation to develop a selection of media to evidence and document our impact. We would like a range of media resources that we can use to demonstrate of PiCL's values, work and style.
The contracted expectations will include:
Producing a short (circa 10 minute) film which reflects the breadth of PiCL's work and the impact of our delivery
Produce a reduced/ edited version of the above (same content, lasting roughly 3-5 mins)
Provide us with circa 8 short Instagram reel size clips to demonstrate different aspects of our programme work
Provide us with 5-7 Talking head clips of participants on various activities reflecting on the impact of participation
Produced media should be accessible to our main audiences, which include: teachers, educators & school staff, funders/potential funders and creative professionals.

Job Requirements

We invite proposals from individuals or organisations with:
Film and media production experience
A portfolio of work demonstrating your style, skills and ability
Understanding/knowledge/experience of similar projects or organisations
Public Liability Insurance (up to £5 million).
Enhanced DBS (for any staff working on location with participants)

Travel in and around North Staffordshire will be required. Work delivering projects with children and young people is preferred but not essential.
Please note, organisations/individuals will need to provide evidence of Public Liability and DBS checks ahead of contracting.

Job Responsibilities

The appointed individual or organisation will report to the Executive Director/Programme Director, with support from the Programme Manager. They will also be required to work closely with the PiCL team and our external stakeholders, partners and delivery team.

We invite applications to deliver this brief for a budget of £8000 or under.
Please include a breakdown of your budget and cost allocation in your submission.
We envisage the commission being the equivalent to circa 20-25 days over the project period. The appointed person or organisation will need to be responsible for their own National Insurance and tax.
