You will play a key role within a small, dedicated team, acting as the face of the venue to clients and visitors while delivering an exceptional standard of customer care across a diverse programme of corporate events, private functions and weddings. With excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people, you will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing enquiries, conducting site viewings and guiding customers through every stage of their journey, from initial enquiry through to planning, coordination and successful delivery of their event. The role requires the ability to quickly build knowledge of processes, manage a varied and sometimes demanding workload, and respond effectively to changing priorities. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves regular evening, weekend and bank holiday working to support the operational needs of the venue.
